My brother Peter is at Manatee Memorial Hospital where he had a blood clot removed. He has been there a little over a week due to complications which are still being diagnosed by the medical team. I pray for Peter’s full recorvery and the healing process brings as little pain as possible. I pray for wisdom to the medical team to properly manage his complications through God’s grace and will!

As we walk through the book of Acts, we repeatedly see the importance of prayer in the Early Church. And today, I want to invite you to pray for two urgent situations that involve connections to our Good Life family:
1. Prayer for the proper visas and clearance to reenter their mission field country amidst COVID-19.
2. For a 17-year-old named Adelina in Siberia whose father is threatening to kick her out of the house if she does not recant her faith in Christ.

Please pray for my neighbor, Michelle, and her family. They are not believers. She is who came to mind when we were challenged to think of who we know that needs to hear the Gospel. We walk together every week. I pray God uses those times to do what only He can do.

Please pray for my step-dad, Jim. He has been having TIA’s (mini-strokes) over the past month. The doctors have been treating it as a neurological issue but now they think it might be an issue with his heart so they did a minor procedure today and inserted an internal heart monitor in his neck to try to diagnosis the issue properly. Please pray they are able to find the issue and are able to treat it. He also had an ultrasound on Monday because they found spots in his bladder and kidneys. Please pray for my mom and Jim as they wait to hear the results and pray for the best case scenario.
Also please pray for my dad, Bill, that he doesn’t contract COVID-19 after a co-work was diagnosed.

My 55 year old son in law in MI was taken to the hospital this morning. He was unresponsive. They don’t think it is from the virus.

Please pray for those at my workplace. We are currently shutting down, and cannot work from home. Unfortunately, there are many staff members who are already struggling financially, amd without pay, are going to have to really make their resources stretch. Please pray that they would lean on God to provide exactly what they need, and that they would not fear for the times to come.

A member of the Good Life family is serving in a country which recently underwent lockdown protocol for covid-19. “We’d ask for prayer for relationships with neighbors and those in the direct community to grow and be strengthened. To be able to share hope in the midst of chaos. And for us to be able to use the time at home well the next two weeks. As most of our work, which involves people we will not be able to do for the time being.”
